【摘要】 通过研究借鉴日、韩两国在中小户型住宅设计中有关空间回路的成熟经验,重点阐述了空间回路的优点及在我国小户型中具体应用的可能,提倡合理运用空间回路,形成良好的通风、采光、视线交流,并使住宅交通便捷,空间小中见大,从而克服小户型中空间舒适度不够的缺点,达到提升住宅品质的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Making reference of the ripe experience of Ja-pan and ROK on the "spatial loop" in small and medium sized unit type housing design,this paper discusses the ad-vantages and possibility of its application to domestic small sized apartment unit.Rational utilization of "spatial loop" can form good ventilation,lighting,convenient traffic and visual space.It can offer the spacious in the small;over-come the deficiency of lacking amenity in small unit,thus bettering the housing quality.更多还原
