【Abstract】 The concepts of water pollution and important water pollution event are elaborated.Based upon summary of the characteristics of sudden water pollution accident its hazards are analyzed,at the same time corresponding emergency treatment mechanism is discussed.Author points out that perfect emergency treatment mechanism should be promptly established taking main river basins are units to prevent occurrence of sudden water pollution accidents.更多还原
