玻璃幕墙冷热循环系统温度控制策略的试验研究
Experimental Research on the Strategy of Temperature Control over the Cooling and Heating Cycle with Glass-curtain Wall
【摘要】 本文详细介绍了玻璃幕墙冷热循环测试系统的原理,对其核心——冷热循环系统的温度控制策略进行了研究。作者设计出具有自学习功能的自适应模糊控制算法来实现冷热循环实验系统的温度控制,并进行了初次模型试验。试验结果表明:循环系统的温度控制策略及其自适应模糊控制算法具有良好的控制特性和效果,在试验过程中系统动态升温和降温时温度控制精度在0.4℃以内,恒温保持时温度波动在0.2℃以内,试验系统完全满足美国AAMA501.5.98玻璃幕墙循环试验标准的要求。
【Abstract】 This paper expound the principle, grounded with a cooling and heating cycling system with glass-curtain wall for experiment, and it also present the research on the key technology that the strategy of temperature control over the whole system. An adaptive fuzzy control algorithm with self-learning function for temperature control was established based on preliminary experiments. The results exposed shows that this algorithm has a very good control characteristic and effect, with the temperature precision of 0.4 ℃ at the temperature rising and falling period and the fluctuation of the temperature is within 0.2 ℃ while maintaining the temperature, which perfectly meet the US standard for experimental test known as AAMA501.5.98 on the system with glass-curtain wall.
