换热器在暖通空调工程中运行节能的探讨
Research of Heat Exchanger Operation Energy Saving in HVAC System
【摘要】 为了在换热器进行热交换的过程中以较小的水泵功耗实现更多的热交换,通过实验对板式换热器、列管式换热器和套管式换热器的换热性能进行了研究。三种换热器的研究结果都说明冷、热媒流量越大,换热量就越多,而流量的增加又会带来管路阻力的增加,从而造成水泵功耗的增加。由此提出了在工程中如何控制换热器冷、热媒流量的一些建议,以期在换热器换热量和水泵功耗之间找到最佳的流量值,从而达到设备运行节能目的。
【Abstract】 In order to carry out more quantity of heat exchange with less pump power consuming, characteristics of plate heat exchanger and shell-tube heat exchanger were studied. The result indicates that more flow of water was transported with more quantity of heat exchanged and more pump power consumed. An opinion was put forward to find a fittest flow of water to exchange more heat with less pump power consuming, then, the operation energy of equipment will be decreased.
