【摘要】 结合建筑物本身的特点和我国建筑商品市场的供求现状,分析了我国节能建筑市场的供求关系。在此基础上,运用供求理论,对激励需求端和供给端两类政策方案的可行性进行论证。结果表明,我国目前通过行政及经济手段对供给端施加推动力,可以有效促进建筑节能工作的实施。更多还原

【Abstract】 According to characters of building, this paper analyzes the relationship of demand and supply of building market in China. Based on this analysis, in accordance with the demand-supply theory, it analyzes the feasibility of demand incentive and supply incentive. It turns out that political regulations or economic incentives will be adopted to exert pressure on supply side so as to promote the implementing of building energy efficiency work.更多还原
