运行故障知识表达及模糊专家系统诊断
Expression of Running Rules Knowledge and Fault Diagnosis Based on Fuzzy Expert System
【摘要】 基于运行规程中的知识是以自然语言形式出现的,且故障征兆和故障原因之间具有一定的模糊性,深入研究了运行规程中故障诊断知识的表示方法,编写了典型征兆的判别函数;以VC++6.0和CLIPS为开发工具,研制了一个适用于复杂工业生产过程运行故障诊断的模糊专家系统,并应用于火电厂凝汽器运行故障诊断中。应用结果证明了本方案的有效性。
【Abstract】 Based on facts that the knowledge included in running rules appears in the natural language form and there are some fuzziness be- tween fault signs and fault reasons,a representation method of fault diagnosis knowledge extracted from running rules is researched,and criteri- on functions of typical fault signs are constructed.Then a fuzzy expert system is developed using VC+ +6.0 and CLIPS.The system is used for condense fault diagnosis in power plant.The application results show the effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
