基于智能集成策略的铜闪速炉冰铜温度预测模型
Estimation Model of Temperature of Matte in Copper Flash Smelter Based on Intelligent Integrated Strategy
【摘要】 针对铜闪速炉冰铜温度预测问题,提出了一个基于智能集成策略的预测模型;该模型结合了基于热平衡的数学模型和模糊神经网络模型,再通过一个智能协调器调整两个模型的权值,最终得到冰铜温度的预测结果;仿真结果表明,该模型的最大相对误差为1.3%,平均相对误差为0.7%,可以较准确地反映冰铜温度的变化趋势,为生产操作提供有益的指导。
【Abstract】 In order to estimate the matte temperature of copper flash smelter,an estimation model based on intelligent integrated strategy is put forward.The model combining a mathematical model based on heat balance and a fuzzy neural networks model,adjusts the weights of each model by a coordinator;the coordinator output the final matte temperature.The results of simulation indicated that,the biggest relative error was 1.3%,and the average relative error was 0.7%.So this model could reflect the change trend exactly,and could be used as a guide in practical operation.
