多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统的应用分析

【摘要】 目的探讨多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统在临床应用中的价值。方法应用多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片技术,对临床常见的恶性肿瘤患者214例、健康体检者78例及47例良性疾病患者的血清进行检测,分析其灵敏度、特异性,比较两组的差异。结果多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统对常见肿瘤患者214例进行检测,阳性196例,敏感性91.6%;对照组125例中阳性27例,特异性78.4%。结论多肿瘤标志物蛋白芯片检测系统可用于临床肿瘤实验室诊断和疗效观察,更适宜于健康体检及肿瘤普查。多个指标间可相互协同作用,提高检测率及准确度,并对肿瘤来源判断有一定的辅助意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical value of protein chip system application in the detection of multi-tumor markers(C-12).Methods The sera of 214 malignant tumor patients,78 healthy subjects and 47 benign disease patients were detected by C-12 system.The sensitivity and specificityof C-12 system were analyzed in different groups.Results Among the 214 malignant tumor patients,196 cases were positive,while 27 cases were positive among 125 controls.The sensitivity and specificity of C-12 system was 91.6% and 78.4% respectively.Conclusion The multi-tumor markers protein chip system(C-12) is appropriate for clinical laboratory diagnosis and therapeutic effect viewing of tumors,especially for health examination and tumor screening.The method was proved to be low-priced,conveniently operated and can provide much important information for clinic diagnosis.Combined detection of several markers can boost detection rate and accuracy,and contribute to the judgement of tumor source.
