【Abstract】 We do theoretical research on teachers’ education according to the principle of phenomenological reduction,the new field of phenomenological theoretical research on teachers’ education opens up.With phenomenological attitude,teachers have been established as the subject of research.The object and content of teachers’ educational research are teachers’ professional lived experience.The research course and method of teachers’ professional lived experience are doing phenomenological description and explanation.To do professional lived experience research,teachers should follow phenomenological reflection methodology.Teachers’ professional lived experience research is the unity of attitude,objective,method and course.更多还原
