【摘要】 糖尿病足(Diabetes Foot)是糖尿病的严重并发症,主要是肢端缺血、神经病变、感染、足底压力改变等多种诱发因素所致。本文复习近年来20余篇文献,从以下几方面对糖尿病足进行总结:(1)中西医对糖尿病足病因及发病机制的认识;(2)糖尿病足溃疡分级分类及其临床意义;(3)糖尿病足的中西医治疗进展。中西医结合治疗糖尿病足的疗效优于单纯西医或中医治疗,可显著提高疗效,降低高位截肢率和致残率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Diabetes foot(DF) is a very severe complication of diabetes mellitus,which is mainly caused by extremities terminal ischemia,neuropathy,infection and pressure alteration of the foot bottom etc.Based on the review of over 20 theses in recent years,this paper summarizes progress of therapy of DF as follows:(1)the explanation about the pathogeny and mechanism of DF in both traditional medicine and modern medicine;(2)the clinical significance of phasing and classifying the ulcer of DF;(3)progress of therapy by the combination of traditional medicine and modern medicine on DF.The therapeutic effect of the combination application is better than that of the single application of either traditional medicine or modern medicine.It can also improve the therapeutic effect and decrease the rate of high level amputation and disability.更多还原
