【摘要】 目的分析保存温度与时间对血浆葡萄糖(Glu)、血清胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)测定结果的影响。方法采集10名自愿受试者空腹静脉血,将离心后的血浆和血清分装,分别放置室温(22℃)、4℃和-20℃,测定不同保存时间的血浆Glu和TC、TG、LDL-C和HDL-C的浓度。结果室温条件下Glu测定值随放置时间延长而显著降低(P<0.01),4℃放置2~6 h和-20℃保存7 d的Glu检测值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HDL-C室温、4℃放置不同时间测定值差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。TC、TG和LDL-C室温2 h、4℃4 h内的检测结果相对稳定,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但-20℃7 d保存的标本,除LDL-C外,其他血脂3项均与即刻检测结果有差异(P<0.01)。结论4℃条件下保存的分离标本,在2~4 h内的血糖和血脂4项检测值比较稳定,不会影响检查结果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the impact of preserving temperature and duration on plasma glucose and serum lipids.Methods Venous blood samples were taken from 10 volunteers after overnight fasting.Their plasma glucose(Glu),serum cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C) were measured by autobiochemistry analyzer after the venous plasmas and serums from the subjects had been preserved at room temperature(22 ℃),4 ℃ and-20 ℃ respectively for various durations.Results At room temperature,the concentration of Glu decreased significantly with the prolongation of the duration,while it was stable when preserved at 4 ℃ for two or six hours or at-20℃ for seven days.There was no significantly difference in HDL-C concentration at 22 ℃ and 4 ℃ within different durations.TC,TG and LDL-C concentrations were stable at room temperature for two hours and at 4 ℃ for four hours.Except for LDL-C,there were different results at-20 ℃ for seven days,when compared with the instant results.Conclusion The test results of plasma Glu and serum lipids will not be affected at different durations when the specimens from venous blood are preserved at 4 ℃ for 2-4 hours.更多还原
