热传导理论在现代电机绝缘结构设计中的应用
Application of Thermal Conductance Theory in Modern Insulation Structure Design of Motors
【摘要】 将建筑材料的基础理论应用于电机高导热绝缘材料及高导热电机绝缘结构,论述了导热系数、导温系数、蓄能系数、热阻等因素对电机热场设计的影响。并以电机热场设计实例做对比,提出研究高导热绝缘材料及高导温系统对大型空冷汽轮发电机组热场设计的重要性。
【Abstract】 The basic theories about constructional materials were utilized in the materials and structure of high thermal conductive insulation for electric motors, whereas the influence of thermal conductivity, thermal diffusivity, coefficient of energy storage, and thermal resistance on the thermal-field design of motors was discussed. A comparative analysis was made on a design example of motor thermal-field and it shows that the research on high heat conductive insulating materials and high thermal conducting systems is important for the design of large-scale air-cooling turbo-generator unit thermal-field.
