四甲基双酚A型二胺单体及其聚酰亚胺的合成与应用
Synthesis and Application of Tetramethyl Bisphenol A Type Diamine Monomer and its Polyimide
【摘要】 从四甲基双酚A和对氯硝基苯出发,经硝化、水合肼还原反应,合成了二胺单体2,2-双[3,5-二甲基-4-(4-氨基苯氧基)苯基]丙烷(TBAPP)。TBAPP在N,N-二甲基乙酰胺(DMAc)溶剂中分别与多种二酐进行缩合反应,得到的聚酰胺酸在热作用下脱水环化成聚酰亚胺,并在二层法挠性覆铜板(2L-FCCL)的应用方面做了一些研究。结果表明,相应的2L-FCCL具有良好的耐锡焊性和较低的吸水率。
【Abstract】 A diamine monomer containing isopropylidene and methyl that substitutes arylene ether, 2,2-bis[3,5-dimethyl-4-(4-aminophenoxy)phenyl]propane(TBAPP), was prepared from tetramethyl bisphenol-A and parachloronitrobenzene through nitration and hydrazine hydrate reduction. The monomer was reacted with various aromatic tetracarboxylic dianhydrides in N,N-dimethylacetamide (DMAc) to obtain the corresponding polyimide via the poly (amic acid) precursors and thermal imidization. And some applied research was made on two-layer flexible copper clad laminate (2L-FCCL). It showed excellent soldering resistance and low water-absorption.
