【摘要】 目的用重建心阻抗图观察心功能不全患者心功能的改变。方法检测患者组及对照组的重建心阻抗微分图,用重建非线性公式测定心功能,分别统计两组的心搏出量(SV)、每分心排血量(CO)、心排血指数(CI)、左室心功指数(CWI)、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左室心收缩力指数(LHI)、总外周阻力(TPR)、主动脉顺应性(AC)、左室舒张指数(LDI)、左室舒张末压(LVEDP)。结果心功能不全患者组的SV、CO、CI、CWI、LVEF、LHI、AC均明显低于健康对照组(P<0.001),而TPR、LDI、LVEDP则明显高于对照组(P<0.001)。结论上述改变符合心功能不全患者的临床实际情况,重建心阻抗图可以用于监测心功能不全患者的血流动力学变化。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore cardiac insufficiency patient’s cardiac function change by reconstructed impedance cardiogram.Methods Reconstructed impedance differential cardiogram was performed in cardiac insufficiency patient and normal control groups,the cardiac function was calculated by non-linear formula of reconstructed impedance cardiogram,and we statistically calculated cardiac function of the two groups which included stroke volume(SV),cardiac output(CO),cardiac index(CI),cardiac work index(CWI),left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left heather index(LHI),total peripheral resistance(TPR),aortic compliance(AC),left ventricle diastolic index(LDI),left ventricular end-diastolic pressure(LVEDP).Results The SV,CO,CI,CWI,LVEF,LHI and AC of cardiac insufficiency patient group were obviously lower than that of control group(P<0.001),and its TPR,LDI and LVEDP were obviously larger than that of control group(P< 0.001).Conclusions The above measured results correspond to clinic actual condition of heart failure patient,and the reconstructed impedance cardiogram can be applied to monitor the hemodynamic data of cardiac insufficiency patient.更多还原
