关于确定扭转屈服应力方法的商榷
DISCUSSION ON DETERMINATION FOR TORSION YIELD STRESS
【摘要】 目前对材料屈服强度的测量都是按照拉伸试验方法进行的,对各种屈服现象的理解也都是建立在拉伸试验基础之上的,但在扭转条件下的屈服现象没有受到特别关注。材料在扭转条件下受纯剪切力作用,根据理论计算与实验分析可知,扭转条件下实心圆柱的屈服应该开始于屈服平台下的3/4处,因此需对金属室温扭转实验方法进行相应的修改。文中由理想弹塑性模型推导出空心圆柱的屈服条件。
【Abstract】 The material yield strength was almost determined according to tension test.The understanding to all kinds of yield process was also based on the tension test.The yield processes under torsion condition were rarely paid enough attention where the material was by the action of pure shear stress.The results based on theoretical calculation and experiments showed that under the torsion condition the solid cylinder yielding started at 3/4 place of the yielding platform,therefore the corresponding revision to metal room temperature torsion experimental technique should be carried out.The yield point formula for the hollow cylinder was derived according to the ideal elastic-plastic model.
