控制螺旋藻中轮虫为害的理化培养条件研究

【摘要】 研究了不同培养条件对螺旋藻和轮虫生长的影响。结果表明:pH值为10.5时,轮虫种群密度最低,为90个/mL,而且螺旋藻生长良好,OD560值为0.353。当氮源的浓度为6.25 g/L时,最有利于螺旋藻的生长,而且可以抑制轮虫的危害。碳酸氢铵加入培养液48 h后轮虫数下降为0。培养时,2.0 L/min的通气不仅可以控制轮虫,还可以促进螺旋藻的生长。以每天14 h光照/10 h黑暗的光照条件最有利于增加螺旋藻的产量,而且轮虫为害最轻。

【Abstract】 Effects of different cultivation conditions on the growth of Spirulina and rotifer were studied.Experimental results showed that Spirulina grew well with the lowest density of rotifer(90 head/mL) at pH 10.5,which the OD560 value was 0.353.Spirulina grew well and the growth of rotifer could be inhibited when the nitrogen concentration was 6.25 g/L. No rotifer was found on the 48 hours after adding ammonia bicarbonate.During cultivation of Spirulina,ventilation at 2.0 L/min could not only control the growth of rotifer,but also promote the growth of Spirulina.The growth of Spirulina was better with elongation of light,and its yield could be increased and the rotifer brought about less damage to Spirulina at 14 hours illumination time every day.
