【摘要】 在浙江建德寿昌林场刨花楠天然林中,采用注射细胞分裂素的方法来促进其开花的试验。结果表明:在花芽分化期在树干上注射细胞分裂素6-BA和6-KT能明显促进花芽分化,增加了花量,浓度500 mg/kg和300 mg/kg效果较好,促花效果比较对照增加26.6%￣43.4%,6-BA略优于6-KT。不同处理时期效果差异较大,以6月效果最佳,7￣8月份处理促花效果不明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 At natural forest of Machilus pauhoi of Shouchang forest farm of Jiande city in Zhejiang province,the experiments on promoting flowering were carried out with injection method of cytokinin.The results showed: it was significant that the flower bud differentiation of Machilus pauhoi with injection of cytokinin 6-BA and 6-KT in the bole at flower bud differentiation period,the quantities of flower were increased,the effects were preferably with 500 mg/kg and 300 mg/kg,as compareed with CK,the flowers were increased 26.6%~43.4%,6-BA was better than 6-KT a little.The differences of flower promoting were evident at different period,the effects were best in June,they were not evident in July and August.更多还原
