快速成型制作的时间分析及多零件制作的组合布局优化研究
Fabrication Time Analysis of Rapid Prototype(RP) Parts and Layout Optimization for Multi-parts Fabrication
【摘要】 由于快速成型系统的运行成本很高,需要研究缩短零件的制作时间和减小制作成本的方法。基于SOUP600GH光固化成型机,介绍了零件具体的制作过程和制作时间组成,分析了零件制作方向、分层厚度以及激光扫描速度等因素对优化制作效率的影响。通过10组多零件制作实验,对每组单个零件的平均制作时间进行分析对比,指出了多个零件同时制作对提高制作效率的显著作用,进而主要从减少辅助制作时间的角度研究了多零件制作组合布局优化的准则和方法,并用矩形包络简化布置的方法建立了二维布局优化的数学模型。研究表明,多零件制作及其组合布局优化对提高快速成型的制作效率和降低制作成本都具有重要意义。
【Abstract】 The high operating cost of an RP system makes it necessary to study the method for reducing parts fabrication time and fabrication costs.Using the SOUP600GH laser RP machine,we analyze fabrication time and the influence of fabrication time orientation,layer thickness,laser scanning speed and other factors on fabrication efficiency optimization.Through 10 groups of experiments on multi-parts fabrication,we analyze and compare the average fabrication time of an individual part in each group,revealing the obvious effects of multi-parts fabrication on fabrication efficiency optimization.On this basis,we study the combination optimization and layout optimization of multi-parts fabrication from the perspective of auxiliary fabrication time reduction.We also use the method for simplifying layouts with rectangular envelopes to establish the mathematical model of 2D layout optimization.The study results indicate that multi-parts fabrication and its layout optimization can enhance RP fabrication efficiency and reduce fabrication costs.
