基于单片机的喷漆控制系统设计

【摘要】 本文介绍了采用双CPU控制的板材喷漆设备的单片机控制系统。该系统巧妙地利用了数据存储读取的特定地址方式和移位置"1"加宽处理的软件技术,在板材前进和喷头移动的过程中,根据读取的位置数据控制油漆喷射的开关,实现了对板材的有效喷漆控制。

【Abstract】 The single chip microprocessor controlling system using two CPUs to control the spray-paint equipment is introduced in this paper. Based on introducing of the design of hardware, the way in software designing is focused. Skillful techniques in software are used. One is the special address of data memory and access, and the other is shifting and setting 1 to widen. During the advancing of board and the moving of spray, the switch of spray-paint is controlled according to the position-data, and then the painting control is realized effectively.
