新型机油抗磨剂对汽车发动机性能影响的试验研究分析
Research on the Influence of Novel Engine Oil Antiwear Additive to Automotive Engine Performance
【摘要】 文章简述了发动机机油抗磨剂的工作原理,以及在发动机台架上对ZY156FMI汽油机使用含与不含4%好自然机油抗磨剂的15W/40机油时所进行的等同工况下负荷特性和外特性对比试验,试验结果表明:好自然机油抗磨剂使发动机平均转矩提高了约4.8%,燃油消耗率降低了约5.8%。
【Abstract】 This paper introduces the working mechanism of engine antiwear additive and discusses the full-load performance and constant speed characteristic comparison experiments on ZY156FMI engine bench-bed under the same conditions, some of these experiments use oil that contains 4% Hao Ziran engine oil antiwear additive, and others dont. Experimental results indicate that Hao Ziran engine oil antiwear additive increases the engine torque by about 4.8% and reduces oil consumption by about 5.8%.
