回转窑运行状态监测系统人机界面的设计

【摘要】 针对回转窑运行过程中出现的问题,提出了一种利用超声波传感器对窑体回转误差进行检测,并通过单片机将数据传送给PC机,实现监测回转窑运行状态的设计方案。详细阐述了监测系统人机界面的构建过程及界面程序,为现场技术人员了解回转窑的运行情况提供了直观、有效的帮助。

【Abstract】 According to some rotary kiln problems appeaing during its working,the rotation error of kiln body is measured by ultrasound sensor,and measuring results are transmitted PC by means of single chip,then the rotary kiln working state monitoring is realized.And some constitution procedures and interface program of the monitoring system of the man-machine interface are introduced in detail,then a immediate and effective helps are offered to technocrat grasping the rotary kiln running.
