超声波辅助提取狼毒大戟中二萜类物质Jolkinolide B
Ultrasound-assisted Extraction of Diterpenoids Jolkinolide B from Euphorbia Fischeriana Steud
【摘要】 以w(C2H5OH)=95%的乙醇为提取剂,HPLC法测定的Jolkinolide B提取率为指标,考察了利用超声波辅助技术提取狼毒大戟中二萜类物质的适宜提取条件。测定出狼毒大戟中w(Jolkinolide B)=0.0216%。考察了提取时间、提取温度、料液质量比等因素对Jolkinolide B提取率的影响。室温下,提取时间从10 min到60 min,Jolkinolide B的提取率由0.014%提高至0.0149%;温度从室温到85℃,提取率从0.014%提高到0.020 5%;超声波辅助提取10 min,提取率与浸泡提取200 h的提取率相当;超声波辅助提取中适宜的m(狼毒大戟)∶m(提取剂)=1∶8。该文报告工作的新颖性已为内蒙古自治区科学技术信息技术研究所2007年3月12日出具的第20071500100031号《科技查新报告》所证实。
【Abstract】 The process of ultrasonic-assisted extraction of diterpenoids from Euphorbia fischeriana Steud was studied.Ethanol(w(C2H5OH)=95%) was used as extractant.The amount of Jolkinolide B in Euphorbia fischeriana Steud determined by HPLC was w(Jolkinolide B)=0.0216%.When the extraction time changed from 10 min to 60 min,the extraction rate of Jolkinolide B at room temperature increased from 0.014% to 0.0149%.When the extraction temperature changed from room temperature to 85 ℃,the extraction rate increased from 0.014% to 0.020 5%.The ultrasonic-assisted method for extracting Jolkinolide B shortened the extraction time from 200 h to 10 min.Appropriate extraction stock ratio was m(Euphorbia fischeriana Steud)∶m(extractant)=1∶8.
