【摘要】 目的探讨医院管理质量组合评价的特点、原则与方法,为医院管理质量评价工作提供参考依据。方法运用平均值法、Borda法、模糊Borda法和Copeland法等方法对某市6所医院的管理质量进行组合评价实证性研究,并结合运用系统文献分析法探讨医院管理质量组合评价的特点、原则与方法。结果某市6所医院管理质量的组合评价结果为B医院最优,A医院次之,其次为C、D、F、E医院。结论医院管理质量的组合评价具有自身的特殊性,运用组合评价方法对医院管理质量进行评价,所得出的评价结果更加客观和科学。用于医院管理质量组合评价的方法较多,其中以平均值法、Borda法、模糊Borda法和Copeland法等方法的应用效果较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Probing into the traits,principles and methods of the combined assessing of hospital management quality in order to offer consulting basis for it.Methods Using Mean Value Method,Borda Method,Fuzzy Borda Method and Copeland Method to apply a Combined assessing of 6 hospitals′ management qualities.Then Probing into the traits,principles and methods of the combined assessing of hospital management quality according to the above example as well as system literature analysis method.Results The combined assessing result of 6 hospitals′ management qualities is that the hospital A is optimal,and the hospital B takes secondary place.Conclusion The assessing result of hospital management quality will be much more impersonality and much more scientifically if we choose the means of combined assessing.The means of combined assessing is more excessive.We think that the means of Mean Value Method,Borda Method,Fuzzy Borda Method and Copeland Method are all suitable for the combined assessing of hospital management quality.更多还原
