【摘要】 目的依据医院指标的特性,分别运用不同的统计方法分析指标,对医院各科室的工作做出客观、准确的评价。方法对不同的指标分别采用层次分析法、TOPSIS法进行评价,再用秩和比法对各评价结果进行综合评价、分档。结果统计方法的联合运用充分考虑指标特性,使评价体系更加完善,更加结合实际,避免了出现较大偏差和不公平的现象。结论任何一种统计方法都有缺点和不足,在综合评价医院科室时,要充分考虑到指标的特性、科室的特性,结合各种方法,统一运用,才能使评价结果更为准确和客观。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the hospital index by using different statistical method and make an objective evaluation on department work based on the property of index.Methods Analytic hierarchy process or TOPSIS is appraised respectively for different index.Rank sum ratio analysis is Furtherly adoped to comprehensively evaluate and rank for each appraisement result.Results Combinations of statistical methods make the appraisement system more perfect and practical,and prevent the deviation and unfairness.Conclusion Conclusion Any statistical method has shortcoming.Synthetic appraisement should be conducted while considering the characteristics of index and departments.Combining usage of statstical methods could make the results more correct and objective.更多还原
