【摘要】 目的探讨我院转科病人的产生原因和变化情况,争取杜绝消极作用的转科。方法将1999—2006年间住院转科病例采用典型调查的抽样方法,并作统计学处理。结果转科病人住院天数、人均住院费用都大大高于同期住院病人,但两者的每床日费用差异无统计学意义。结论积极作用的转科能够适应不同人群医疗意向的特点和差异,能够满足患者的不同医疗需求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the cause and reason of patient department transference to stop the negative effect.Methods The department transferred cases were selected with typical sampling and analyzed statistically.Results The duration of days and expenses in transferred patient were much higher than those of normal patients.But there exited no statistical differences between bedcharges per day in transferred patients and those in normal patients.Conclusion Positive department tranference of patient was suitable for different medical-oriented patient and met the different medical service needs.更多还原
