【Abstract】 More and more congestion and jams are serious in urban traffic. According to the traffic signal theory,minutely analyzing vehicles queuing up on stop line,and presetting the traffic flux function of no crowd junction,and defining the value district of signal period and green to signal,so the concept of traffic demand intensity and relative demand intensity is put forward and considered as the standard of traffic management in junctions. At the same time the loss time of traffic signal is also discussed which provides the theoretical basis for improving the effect of green light signal.更多还原
