【摘要】 介绍SCM435合金冷镦钢线材的化学成分、尺寸要求、性能要求和关键生产技术,分析冶炼、连铸和轧制SCM435合金冷镦钢线材的技术要点。根据钢种特点,首批轧制试验分2阶段进行,第1阶段采用3种方案,试制成功后第2阶段进行批量生产。研究生产过程的质量情况,并对存在问题提出改进措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 To introduce chemical composition,diameter requirement,property requirement and key technology of SCM435 alloy wire rod for cold heading.To analyze technology points of smelting,casting and rolling of SCM435 alloy wire rod for cold heading.According to the characteristics of steel varieties,first rolling test includes two steps.On the first step,three plans are adopted and on the second step,batch production is made after test success.Quality condition is studied during producing and improving measures for existing problem are put forward.更多还原
