冷拔Q235钢丝的高强脉冲电流“热”处理
High-density Pulsing Current Treatment of Cold-drawn Q235 Steel Wire
【摘要】 在冷拔变形后,Q235钢丝的屈服强度和抗拉强度均大幅升高,常常需要采用退火热处理方法来实现钢丝软化。采用高强脉冲电流处理冷拔Q235钢丝时,在4 s内将抗拉强度降低至700 MPa以下,在20 s内能使冷拔钢丝的力学性能基本恢复,达到650℃退火30 min的效果,是一种快速、高效的新型冷拔钢丝"热"处理方法。
【Abstract】 The yield strength and tensile strength of Q235 steel wire raise after cold drawn,demand adopting anneal treatment to soften usually.If adopting high-density pulsing current to treat cold drawn Q235 steel wire,the tensile strength will be decreased bellow 700 MPa within 4 second,the mechanical property of cold drawn will be recovered within 20 second,it can reach the effect of 650 ℃ anneal within 30 min,this is a kind of new type ’heat treatment’ method for cold drawn steel wire fast and high efficiency.
