【摘要】 介绍复合结构钢丝绳常见形式,分析4种特殊复合结构钢丝绳结构组成:在线接触结构外不等捻距捻制1层线接触结构,形成线-点-线复合结构;在线接触结构外不等捻距捻制2层钢丝,形成线-点-点复合结构;在线接触结构外不等捻距捻制3层钢丝,形成线-点-点-点复合结构;在两线接触结构间增加与两线接触结构捻距不等的1层钢丝,形成线-点-点-线复合结构。从分析大规格钢丝绳生产技术难度角度出发,指出4种复合结构钢丝绳生产和使用的优劣势。更多还原

【Abstract】 To introduce familiar shapes of compound structure wire rope.The structure composing of four kinds of special structure wire ropes is analyzed: laying one layer linear contact structure out of linear contact structure with different lay pitch to form line-point-line compound structure;laying two layers steel wire out of linear contact structure with different lay pitch to form line-point-point compound structure;laying three layers steel wire out of linear contact structure with different lay pitch to form line-pointpoint-point compound structure;adding a layer steel wire between two layers linear contact structure,lay pitch of the layer steel wire is different from that of the linear contact structures,to form line-point-point-line compound.As viewed from analyzing production technology difficulty of large spec wire rope, the advantages and disadvantages of production and use of the four kinds of compound structure wire ropes are pointed out.更多还原
