发动机气道曲面反求及其模具设计
Mould design and manufacture of intake and exhaust ports of engines based on reverse curved surface technology
【摘要】 应用CATIA软件中的数字曲面编辑器和自由造型模块,对发动机气道的点云数据进行曲面拟合处理,再利用Pro/E软件对已逆向生成的吊钩实体进行模具设计,这种快速原型技术的方法可以提高产品设计的准确性,并大大缩短产品研发,模具设计和加工周期,从而降低产品开发、模具设计成本。
【Abstract】 With the digitized shape editor and freestyle in CATIA,the curved surface are created from point clouds,and then make mould design of Intake and exhaust ports of engines in Pro/E,Making use of rapid prototyping and manufacturing Technology can shorten the period of product development,mould design and manufacture,and it also lowed the product cost.
