飞机框组件工装的模块化设计研究
Airplane frame module work clothes modular design studies
【摘要】 以工装通用性设计为研究重点,以期节约工厂的装配生产用地,缩短飞机生产制造周期。主要采用模块化设计思想,综合分析框类零件的结构形式和连接特点,结合柔性工装装配技术,设计一套某机型后机身三个框的通用工装,进行三维实体建模,实现工装的快速定位和拆装,减少夹具和定位器的数量,验证工装模块化设计方案。
【Abstract】 Based on the research of the universal tooling,in order to save the space of the manufactory,shorten the period of aircraft manufacturing.Analyze comprehensively the structure and connective features of the frame,Combining with flexible assembly technology,modularized design idea is used to design an universal tooling for three frames of fuselage of a plane and 3D solid model of the tooling is built.The tooling could achieve a function of rapid positioning and disassembly and could also reduce the numbers of clamp and locator.The program of modularized tooling design is checked.
