快速偏心夹具的设计与应用
The design and application of the fast eccentric clamping fixture
【摘要】 工件的装夹速度是夹具设计研究中的一个重要课题。分析了现有生产过程中使用的传统夹具和新型夹具的结构和特点。设计了快速偏心夹具,由偏心机构和推拉杆组成,偏心机构对工件施加夹紧力,推拉杆为适应于不同尺寸工件的频繁更换而设计,满足了夹紧力技术要求,达到了快速夹紧工件的目的。此夹具结构简单、适用工件范围广、夹紧可靠、生产率高。
【Abstract】 The workpiece’s installation and claming speed is an important subject of fixture design study.This paper analyzes the structure and characteristic of several kinds of traditional fixtures and new type fixtures,which are used in production.The eccentric clamping fixture was developed,which is composed of eccentric mechanism and push-pull rod.The eccentric mechanism exerts clamping force on the workpiece,and the push-pull rod is designed to adapt the frequent replacement for different size workpieces,to satisfy the technical requirement of clamping force and achieve the aim of fast clamping.This fixture has advantages of simple structure,wide application,reliable clamping and high production efficiency.
