轿车乘坐舒适性及悬架系统匹配与优化
Analysis and optimization of vehicle ride comfort and suspension system
【摘要】 对车辆悬架系统偏频特性进行快速的分析和匹配,有着重要的工程实际意义。因此基于车辆平顺性,建立了适用于车辆振动分析的基本力学模型,以垂向振动频率和俯仰振动频率为评价指标,针对国产某车型,对其悬架系统前、后偏频进行优化,提出了改善车辆平顺性的优化方案。优化结果和试验结果相比较,说明了此种优化方法快速有效。
【Abstract】 Analysing and matching the natural frequency of suspension efficiently has important significance on engineering project.Based on the ride comfort,a vehicle vibration model is built to take the vertical vibration frequency and pitch vibration frequency as evaluating indexes.Aiming at a homemade car,the analysis optimizes the frequency of front and rear suspension,and provides an efficient way for improving.To compare with the result between optimizing and experiment,the optimizing is proved more efficient and convenient.
