外高桥自动化堆场的自动作业装卸系统研究
Research on the Automatic Handling System in Waigaoqiao Automatic Container Yards
【摘要】 世界各大港口越来越关注码头的自动化程度,陆续建设自动化码头或堆场来提高作业效率和安全性,以提高港口的集装箱处理能力和核心竞争力。然而集卡定位仍然没有很好解决,目前现有自动化码头或堆场大都采用人工干涉辅助作业。而上海港外高桥码头的自动化无人空箱堆场,通过采用RFID(Radio Fre- quency Identification)技术、传感器技术和图像识别技术等,可有效实现对集卡的全自动定位和作业装卸。
【Abstract】 More and more attention has been paid to the automation of terminals in the major ports in the world. Automatic container terminals or yards are set up to improve the efficiency and safety so as to enhance the throughput and core competence of the ports,yet better solution is called for the positioning of container truck (truck).Currently, manually aided operation is widely practiced in automatic terminals or yards.RFID (Radio Frequency Identification), sensor technology and image recognition technology are adopted in Waigaoqiao Terminal of Shanghai Port Container Co.,Ltd.,which effectively enables the fully automatic positioning and loading/unloading of trucks.
