【摘要】 为避免水泥生产焚烧无烟煤技术的工程盲目性,本文采用混合分数方法数值研究了中材建设有限公司国外-2000t/d生产线分解炉内无烟煤的燃烧机理。首先,根据分解炉的设计参数,模拟了分解炉内无烟煤的燃烧过程。其次,为研究分解炉内无烟煤的燃烧机理,模拟研究了煤粉不同喷射速度条件下的无烟煤的燃烧过程。最后得出,分解炉无烟煤的主要燃烧机制为混合-扩散速率控制,但无烟煤必须以较高的速度喷入燃烧室,将燃烧后的高温气流迅速回流到刚喷入煤粉中。

【Abstract】 For the sake of avoiding the engineering blindness of burning anthracite in cement production, mixture fraction method is adopted to study the anthracite combustion mechanism in the precalciner of an oversea 2000 t/d (ton/day) new type dry-process cement production line. Firstly, the anthracite combustion states are simulated according to the design parameters of the precalciner. Secondly, the anthracite combustion mechanism is studied by simulating the combustion processes based on different injection velocity of pulverized coal. Finally, the main combustion mechanism of anthracite in the precalciner is mix-diffusion rate control; however, the pulverized anthracite must be injected into the chamber at a high speed, which makes the high temperature combustion air current rapidly back flow into the pulverized anthracite injected subsequently.
