环氧丙烷聚合反应过程的动态模拟
The dynamic simulation of the polymerization of propylene oxide
【摘要】 为了深入了解环氧丙烷聚合工艺并为国内生产厂家提供生产操作的理论依据。本文针对聚醚装置反应工段,根据聚合釜的特点,首先,通过研究环氧丙烷聚合反应机理,利用链节动力学的方法推导出了反应动力学方程。其次,建立环氧丙烷聚合反应的数学模型,实现聚合反应过程的实时动态模拟。最后,以模拟程序的计算结果,讨论操作条件对平均分子量和双键度的影响。对实际生产具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 In order to deeply understand the technics of Polymerization of Propylene oxide and to provide theoretical operation basis for home manufactory.Based on the method of chain dynamic.Firstly,the reaction mechanism of Polymerization of Propylene oxide is stud- ied.Secondly,the mathematical model of the reactor system is built and real-time dynamic simulation of the reaction process is carried out here for the Polymerization of Propylene oxide.Finally,according to the result of simulation program,the effect of reaction condi- tions on average molecular mass and degree of double bond of polypropylene oxide is discussed,which will be useful to the industries.
