【摘要】 采用高效液相色谱法测定间二氯苯水解产物中间苯二酚、间氯苯酚的含量,以C18为固定相,V(异丙醇)∶V(水)=80∶20为流动相,检测波长为273 nm。回收率为95.72%~106.84%,相对标准偏差为2.99~5.38(n=7),测定数据重复性好,灵敏度高,变异系数满足分析要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatographic method was used to detect resorcinol and m-chlorophenol.A C18 column was used and mobile phase was V(isopropanol)∶V(water)=80∶20.The wavelength 273 nm was selected.The recoveries were 95.72%-106.84% and the RSD were 2.99-5.38(n=7).更多还原
