浅谈普通高校的人事工作对和谐校园建设的影响
On the impact of Colleges’ Personnel Management on Harmonious Campus Construction
【摘要】 普通高校的和谐校园建设与人事工作密切相关。学校领导的垂范、校内人事管理制度的改革以及二级院(系)作用的发挥是构建和谐校园的关键。
【Abstract】 Harmonious college campus construction is closely related to the personnel management.The key to harmonious campus construction is the leaders’ stress,the reform of Common colleges’ personnel management and the function of two grade department.
