压铸模具镶块开裂失效分析
Failure Analysis of Embedded Lump in Die Casting
【摘要】 压铸模具镶块开裂失效降低企业的生产效率,本文对一镶块开裂失效过程进行了分析研究。通过成分分析,硬度测试,显微组织观察和扫描电镜裂纹及组织分析。结果表明,镶块的材料本身不是造成开裂失效的主要影响因素,镶块开裂失效是由于受到不断循环的热作用以及金属液的冲击所造成的,金属液的冲击是造成镶块开裂的直接原因。采取有效的措施是可以避免镶块开裂失效而带来的损失。
【Abstract】 During die casting,the embedded lump crazed reduces productivity effect of the factory.A failure embedded lump was studied.Test methods,including hardness testing,optical microscopy,scanning electronics microscopy and energy-dispersive x-ray analysis were used to analyze the failure case.The result shows that the material is not the main effect factor in the deformation and craze of the embedded lump.The embedded lump failure is caused by cycling thermal stress and mechanical force.Some effective measures can be adopted to avoid the failure in die casting.
