低成本590MPa级汽车大梁钢板的工业试制
Industrial trial of low cost 590MPa grade automobile beams steels
【摘要】 在攀钢1450热连轧生产线进行了利用510 MPa级化学成分的钢坯轧制590 MPa级汽车大梁钢的工业试验,分析了钒微合金钢通过晶粒细化和沉淀强化提高性能的工艺原理。结果表明,终轧温度控制在800~850℃,卷取温度控制在610~650℃,可以获得良好的细晶强化和沉淀强化效果,产品具有良好的综合力学性能。
【Abstract】 The industrial trial that rolling 590 MPa grade automobile beam steel by using of 510 MPa grade billet was carried out,and the rolling process principles of improving performance through grain refining and precipitation strengthening for V-microalloyed steel was analyed.The results indicate that good grain refinement and precipitation strengthening effects can be obtained when the rolling finishing temperature is 800~850 ℃ and coiling temperature is 610~650℃,and the products have good comprehensive mechanical properties.
