【摘要】 煤炭企业跨区投资进入模式选择是煤炭企业的重要战略决策,关系到其异地经营的成败,也是学术界和从业人员密切关注的热点问题。针对我国煤炭产业发展的特殊性,对国内近几年的相关文献进行梳理和评价,围绕东中部煤炭企业跨区投资的动因,进入模式选择的相关影响因素、相关理论基础、可供选择的种类以及进入模式的绩效评价等方面进行探讨,指出了现有成果的不足和未来的研究方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 Entry modes selection is important strategic decision of coal enterprise,influencing success of location operation,still it is hot issue closely stressed by academics and coal practitioners.The literatures in China’s journals are mainly hackled and evaluated because of special features of Chinese coal industry development,and research focuses on trans-regional investment motives,influencing factors,relative theories,classification and performance of entry modes.The deficiencies of the existing research results and future directions are indicated.更多还原
