电厂SCR烟气脱硝系统流场的数值模拟
Numerical Simulation of Flow Field for Selective Catalytic Reduction System
【摘要】 电厂SCR系统烟气流动情况会影响整个系统脱硝效果及系统运行。文章采用计算流体动力学(CFD)模型预测某600MW电厂选择性催化还原法烟气脱硝系统内的流场状态,分析其在锅炉最大连续蒸发量(BMCR)工况下,不同导流设计的流场情况。使用GAMBIT构造几何模型并划分网格,FLUENT6.0进行模拟计算。研究重点在对脱硝系统内不同的导流方法进行研究分析,最终针对某SCR系统自行设计导流装置,完成系统流场的优化,提高了系统的工作效率。研究结果对脱硝系统内的导流设计和改进提供了参考。
【Abstract】 The flow filed of flue gas in selective catalytic reduction(SCR) system will affect the NOx removal and the operation of the system.Computation fluid dynamics(CFD) is used to predict the flow filed inside the SCR system of a 600MW power plant and its status in different designs of guide vanes on BMCR load is analyzed.The CFD model is created and meshed by GAMBIT and calculated by FLUENT software.The emphases of this investigation concentrate on researching the different designs of guide vanes in system.Finally a guide device is designed for the SCR system to optimize the flow field and improve the efficiency of the system.The results of the research can offer a reference for the design and improvement of the guide vanes of the SCR system.
