钢板与铝合金板胶接接头力学性能的有限元分析
Finite element analysis on mechanical behavior of adhesive joint of steel sheet and aluminum alloy sheet
【摘要】 针对汽车车身中应用日益广泛的钢板与铝合金板胶接结构,通过三维弹塑性有限元模型,分析其在承受拉剪载荷时接头内的应力分布,以及铝合金板厚度和胶层厚度对应力分布的影响.结果表明:当板料厚度相同时,铝合金板侧的胶层应力大于钢板侧的胶层应力;在一定范围内增加铝合金板厚度,能够有效减小接头两侧胶层中的应力差,防止一侧应力过高造成提早断裂;胶层厚度在一定范围内有利于减少接头处的应力集中.
【Abstract】 With the wide application of adhesive bonding structure of steel sheet and aluminum alloy sheet in automotive body,3D elastic-plastic finite element model is used to analyze the stress distribution in adhesive joints under tension and shear load,as well as the effect of aluminum alloy sheet thickness and adhesive layer thickness on it.The results show:the stress on aluminum alloy sheet side is larger than that on steel sheet side when both sheets have same thickness;the stress difference of the two sides can be reduced greatly while increasing the aluminum alloy sheet thickness in a certain range,and the premature break can be avoided;the stress concentration in joint ends can be reduced significantly with controlling the adhesive layer thickness in a certain range.
