四气门柴油机进气过程三维数值模拟

【摘要】 为减少柴油机的污染物排放、降低油耗和燃烧噪音,通过计算流体力学(Computational Fluid Dynamics,CFD)数值模拟,对车用电控四气门柴油机进气系统进行不同气门升程下气流稳态流动的数值研究,揭示四气门柴油机的进气流动特点以及气门开度对缸内涡流形成的影响和变化规律.仿真结果为电控四气门柴油机的气道设计、喷雾与燃烧的组织与优化提供理论依据.

【Abstract】 To reduce emission discharge,fuel consumption and noise of diesel engine,the steady airflow in intake system under different valve lift is numerically studied for an electronically controlled four valve vehicle diesel engine by 3D Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)numerical simulation.The characteristics of its intake flow field,valve opening effect on generation of swirl in cylinder,and changing rules of swirl,are revealed.The simulation results provide theoretical directions to design intake port,organize and optimize fuel injection and combustion of electronically controlled four valve diesel engine.
