【摘要】 长期以来,经济法作为现代法,基于其产生的背景,具有协调社会经济总体利益,实现实质公平正义的理念。这与目前构建和谐社会,在以人为本、社会本位、平衡协调、发展经济以及公平正义等方面都有契合之处。为了实现经济法理念,充分发挥经济法在构建和谐社会中的作用,应加强立法,提高主体守法自觉性,完善司法,改革管理体制以实现和谐执法。更多还原

【Abstract】 For a long time,economic law,as a modern law,has been coordinating the whole social benefit and realizing social justice,which is coincident with the concept of a harmonious society.To realize the concept of economic law and fully play its role in constructing a harmonious society,we should strengthen legislation,perfect judicature,reform management system,and execute the law in a harmonious way.更多还原
