微等离子体氧化陶瓷膜对钛合金接触腐蚀的影响
Effects of micro-plasma oxidation ceramic coatings on the galvanic corrosion of TC4 alloy
【摘要】 在铝酸钠溶液中,利用微等离子体氧化技术,在TC4钛合金表面原位生长复合氧化物陶瓷膜,研究了陶瓷膜的相组成、形貌和陶瓷膜对钛合金接触腐蚀的影响。陶瓷膜由Al2TiO5,α-Al2O3和Rutile TiO2构成;整个膜层由致密层和疏松层组成。陶瓷膜层改善了钛合金与LY12铝合金和H62黄铜的接触腐蚀,陶瓷膜层使得钛合金与LY12铝合金电偶对的电偶电流降低为原来的1/7,使得钛合金与H62黄铜的电偶电流降低为原来的1/2。
【Abstract】 Compound ceramic coatings on TC4 alloy were prepared by pulsed bi-polar micro-plasma oxidation in NaAlO2 solution.The phase composition and morphology of the coatings and the effects of the coatings on the acid corrosion resistance of TC4 were studied. Results show that the ceramic coating is composed of Al2TiO5,α-Al2O3 and ruffle TiO2.The coating is composed of compact inner layer and loose outer layer.The galvanic corrosion resistance of the coated samples coupled with LY12 aluminum alloy and H62 yellow brass was also improved.The couple current for the coating with LY12 aluminum is reduced to 1/7 of the substrate,and the couple current with H62 brass is reduced to half of the substrate.
