微束等离子弧熔凝处理15CrMo钢的组织和性能
Microstructure and properties of 15CrMo steel treated by micro-beam plasma arc melting
【摘要】 利用微束等离子弧对15CrMo钢表面进行熔凝处理,研究了熔凝后各区域的组织和性能。采用光学显微镜、显微硬度仪、磨损试验机、电化学腐蚀试验等方法对各区域进行了测试分析。结果表明,经微束等离子弧熔凝处理后试样剖面由熔凝区、热影响区和基体三部分组成。15CrMo基体组织为铁素体和珠光体组织,熔凝区组织为马氏体组织,热影响区晶粒大小不一,组织不均匀。熔凝区和热影响区的显微硬度和耐磨性明显高于基体,其显微硬度值约为基体的2倍。电化学试验表明经微束等离子弧表面熔凝处理后可提高试样表面的抗腐蚀性能。
【Abstract】 Micro-beam plasma arc melting treatment was conducted on 15CrMo steel.Microstructure and properties of the melted zone and heat affected zone were studied by means of optical microscope,micro-hardness tester,wear testing machine and electrochemical corrosion equipment.The results show that melting zone can be divided into melted zone,heat affected zone(HAZ) and base metal.The microstructure of melted zone is martensite.Complex microstructure in HAZ which mainly consists of ferrite and pearlite with different grain sizes is observed, and the microstructure of base metal is ferrite and pearlite.Micro-hardness of melting zone and HAZ is about twice than that of the base metal.The wear-resistance test shows that wear-resistance of melted zone is enhanced by MBPA.The corrosion resistance of sample after melting treatment is improved significantly.
