铝合金等径角挤压和多向压缩变形中析出相的回溶研究
Investigation on dissolution of precipitates in Al alloy deformed by equal-channel angular pressing and multi-axial compression
【摘要】 利用透射电镜(TEM)研究了等径角挤压(ECAP)和多向压缩(MAC)两种强塑性变形方式对Al-Cu合金中θ′相变形过程中演变。结果表明,随着应变量的增加,析出相先是与基体失去位向关系,随后破碎、回溶。在相同应变量下,MAC变形使析出相回溶的速度明显高于ECAP变形。应变引起析出相回溶受界面反应型回溶机理和界面弯曲效应机理共同作用。
【Abstract】 The evolution of precipitates in Al-Cu alloy subjected to equal-channel angular pressing(ECAP) and multi-axial compression(MAC) were investigated by transmission electron microscopy(TEM).The results indicate that precipitates firstly lose the orientation relationship with matrix,subsequently it fragments and dissolves.The velocity of dissolution of θ′ phase in the ECAP alloy is much higher than that in the MAC alloy at same strain.The mechanisms of the strain-induced dissolution of precipitates is ascribed to the concurrent effects of interface reaction and interface curvature.
