SiC_P/Al复合材料热处理及统计分析

【摘要】 采用四因素多水平组合热处理试验与统计分析相结合的方法研究了粉末冶金制备的12%SiCP/6066Al(体积分数)复合材料的热处理工艺参数与硬度间的关系。结果表明,复合材料与基体合金相比具有峰值提前效应;热处理工艺参数主效应由强到弱依次为时效时间、固溶温度、时效温度、固溶时间;时效时间与时效温度一级交互作用也较重要,其他一级、二级和三级交互作用较小。12%SiCP/6066Al复合材料的优化热处理工艺参数为530℃固溶90min,水淬170℃时效6h。

【Abstract】 The heat treatment with four factors and high levels and the analysis of variance were used to systematically explore the correlation between process parameters and hardness of the 12%SiCp/6066Al composite(volume fraction) produced by a powder metallurgy route.The results indicate that the peak-aging time for the composite is shorter than that of the matrix alloy.The main effects of the process parameters following a strong-to-weak route to influence hardness are solution temperature,aging time,aging temperature and solution time,and the influence of solution time is relatively small.Among the interactions,the two factor interaction between aging time and aging temperature,as well as that between solution temperature and solution time,is relatively important,while others can be ignored.The reasonable scheme in the heat treatment of the composite produced in present experiment is solution at 530℃ for 90 min,water quenched and aged at 170℃ for 6h.
