【Abstract】 China is on the top of developing countries who absorbs the most foreign direct investments. The FDI does promote Chinese economic development, but, through positive analysis on Dongwan and Wenzhou Areas, we find that FDI does not contribute much on economic development, compared to domestic capitals. For local industry development, private enterprises play much more important roles than FDI. To keep local industries develop in a continuous and healthy way, local government shall pay more attentions to the roles of private enterprises and support their development.更多还原
